UDF Series High-Density Fiber Distribution Frame

DataCenter

The UDF series high-density fiber distribution frame is based on 8-core and 12-core pre-terminated trunks. It adopts a fully modular design and allows flexible capacity configuration according to the actual needs of customers. It achieves a cabling density of 144 cores (UDF), 192 cores (UDF Plus), or 432 cores (UDF Pro) within a 1U space. While bandwidth can be upgraded, space density is also smoothly scalable.

Product Features

Application Scenarios
Suitable for HDA, IDA, MDA, and other areas within data centers.
Product Features
The 1U distribution frame supports a maximum capacity of 144 cores (DLC) or 72 MPO ports. The 4U distribution frame supports up to 576 cores (DLC) or 288 MPO ports.
Unified design. A single distribution frame is compatible with 12-core (Base-12) and 24-core (Base-8) modules. Modules can be switched and configured as needed, supporting future network expansion and changes.
Tool-free installation and removal using knob screws, making cabling operations easier.
LC adapters come with built-in dustproof shutters to enhance cabling efficiency.
Unique branch clamp and cover clip design, along with tool-free trunk installation, simplifies construction and maintenance, improving cabling efficiency.
Supports both snap-fit and tie-wrap trunk fixation.
Modules use a press-lock and pop-out mechanism, solving the issue of difficult patch cord insertion and removal in limited spaces.
Stop-groove structure with handle warning labels prevents fiber breakage caused by forcibly pulling out modules.
Special cabinet support structure allows one person to install the rack, enhancing efficiency and saving labor costs.
The cabinet coating material complies with RoHS 2.0.
The cabinet passes 24-hour salt spray test requirements.
