Unshielded high-voltage aluminum cable designed for hybrid and fully electric vehicles. Coroflex high-voltage cables feature optimized conductor cross-sections suitable for rated voltages up to 600V AC / 1,000V DC and temperature resistance up to 180°C.

Thanks to our simulation capabilities, conductor heat generation can be calculated based on current load and ambient temperature. Our derating curves help determine the optimal conductor cross-section, enabling weight reduction, more compact packaging, and cost savings.
